Why I built Vemly

When I scroll X or LinkedIn, I see tech communities fighting each other. Developers attack people who build with AI, and every group takes shots at the others. I hate seeing that, and I don't understand it.

To me, AI is a beautiful passion. It pushes us to go further. I am a developer myself, many of my friends are too, and we all build with AI, without shame. It was a shame that we had no place to come together, lift each other up and help each other.

So I created Vemly to create contact. Connecting people is already my job: people are my job. I wanted to do the same for tech, because that is who I am.

I also want to help people be seen. Today it is so hard to stand out, we are drowned in a thousand pieces of news. A club felt like the right way to share ideas, visions and projects, and to grow from each other.

    With 500 members, we go to companies together. They put the community forward and offer missions to members: real work, for real people.

    1,000 members: Vemly goes open source

    Vemly becomes for the community, by the community. Members can read the code, suggest changes and build it with us.

Each step feeds the next one. Two loops drive everything: the bigger the club, the more it can do for its members, and the more people want to join.
